Omniphone is a quantitative survey, more commonly known as "omnibus surveys". Interviewees are surveyed simultaneously on behalf of different clients. There are sessions twice a month that includes interviewees that are at least 15 years-old and own a telephone at home.
The main advantages of this work are:
- Reduced costs, because each client pays for their requested questions;
- Using a telephone, it offers total national coverage.

Procedures:
- The client requests the number of questions it is interested in;
- The results for each customer are confidential and are received exclusively on a data spreadsheet.
